Shipping Process

All orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

For domestic orders within the United States, we offer free shipping on all purchases over $50. For orders below $50, a flat shipping fee of $5 will be applied. We also provide international shipping for customers outside the United States, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Orazios Gourmet Oils. If for any reason you need to return a product, please follow our simple returns process.

Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns Process

If you would like to initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email at [email protected] or by calling our toll-free number 1-800-123-4567. Our friendly representatives will guide you through the process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

Once you have obtained your RMA number, carefully pack the item you wish to return, including any accessories or documentation that came with it. Make sure to include your RMA number in the package to help us identify the return. Depending on your location, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

In case you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.
