  • 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
  • 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Corn Chex cereal, Rice Chex cereal, pretzel sticks, and mixed nuts. Toss gently to mix.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  4. Pour the maple syrup mixture over the cereal mixture. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to gently toss until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet, spreading it out in an even layer.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even browning.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. The Chex mix will harden as it cools.
  8. Once cooled, transfer the Harvest Maple Chex Mix to an airtight container for storage or serve immediately.
